Select a Location from the Locations or the QuickList menu. Enter the start date and end date for the desired range of sun calculations. Click on the CALCULATE button.
The calculated information will be displayed as a scrollable list of daily summaries. A display of the sun’s positions during the day is displayed in a separate scrollable list. The sun position chart is for the highlighted day from the daily summary. Click on a different day to view the incremental information for that day.
Click on the Graph button to display a graphical plot of the selected day’s sun positions.
Click on the Print button to print reports of all the calculated information. You should have an accurate compass and clinometer to use this data to best advantage.
HELP is available through the (?) “Help Button” on most program windows.
Preferences can be set for a number of program functions using the Preference item from the Edit menu.
